Confirmation is open to be received in this parish by any youth aged 13-18. 
During these 6 prime years of youth,  when you discern the Holy Spirit calling you to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation, you enter into the process when it begins in the Fall. 
You must be 13 before you enter the process not during. 
In order to enter the process you must already be attending faith formation a year prior or you will need to enter the faith formation process for a year then enter into the sacrament prep the next year.  If you attend Catholic school that meets the requirements for previous year of attendance of faith formation.
